Plastic Extrusion Manufacturing
With 31 production lines, Nenplas can manufacture a range of extrusion sizes up to 500mm wide in a variety of raw materials including PVC, ABS, PP and many others.
We have the latest extrusion equipment and continue to invest in new equipment every year, benefiting from a full suite of in-house specialists, from plastic material compounders to extrusion design and more.

Warehousing and Logistics
Holding stock for our customers is a valuable service to be able to offer and we have a 28,000 sq ft warehouse dedicated to this purpose. This enables fast deliveries and the ability to ‘pick and pack’ certain orders for customers. Support from our product development engineers and use of CAD design services enables us to accommodate your exact requirements when designing your plastic extrusion model with the ability to make adjustments based on your feedback during the process. Definitely, we compound our own PVC raw material which lets us match the final colour result to the customer’s exact finish / specification needs and don’t rely on external suppliers meaning we’re in full control of the colour matching process and lead times.

With 31 extrusion lines and an annual output of about 20 million metres we’re fully equipped to support ongoing and / or repeated production runs while maintaining consistency across repeat orders thanks to advanced equipment available in our facility. We can accommodate scheduled production planning for long-term clients and also offer warehousing / stock holding and logistics support for plastic extruded products if this is something you need.
